FAQ

We would love for our guests to dress in formal attire. Ladies are welcome to wear a saree, formal dress, or evening wear. Men are welcome to wear a suit or formal attire.

We kindly ask guests to avoid wearing white or gold, as these colours are reserved for the couple.

For guests travelling from Colombo, the easiest option is to arrange a ride through Uber or PickMe. We recommend allowing extra travel time, especially if travelling during peak traffic hours.

If you would like to stay at the wedding hotel, please get in touch with us and we can help with the details. There are also a number of lovely Airbnb and accommodation options nearby for guests who prefer to arrange their own stay.

Guests travelling from New Zealand should apply for an Electronic Travel Authorisation (E-Visa) before travelling. At the moment, New Zealand passport holders are eligible for a free 30-day tourist ETA, but we recommend checking the official visa website before booking travel.

Please apply through the official Sri Lanka ETA website.
Official Website: eta.gov.lk/slvisa/

Due to limited venue capacity, plus ones are by invitation only. If you would like to bring a plus one, please get in touch with us directly.

As we will be travelling back to New Zealand after the wedding, we kindly ask that guests avoid boxed or physical gifts. If you wish to give a gift, a cash contribution would be greatly appreciated.

Will you join us?
